Began operation in 1987 and now serves 16 buildings. Largest building on the system is the 25 Sigourney Street State office building, which receives both heating and cooling service. Area generally bounded on the north by Farmington Avenue, the south by Russ Street, the west by Laurel Street, and the east by West Street. Interconnected to the Downtown System for enhanced service reliability.
