DCO Operations – Hartford, LLC is looking for Plant Technicians to work in our Hartford facilities.
Qualified individuals must possess the following qualifications:

• Connecticut S-1 Unlimited Heating, Piping and Cooling trade license

• Connecticut E-1 Unlimited Electrical trade license

• Four or more years of experience in high pressure steam boiler field

• Four or more years of experience in centrifugal chillers, steam absorption chillers and air conditioning equipment field

• Four or more years of experience in the cogeneration field

• Four or more years of electrical/mechanical experience in relation to operation, maintenance and repair of power plant equipment

• Four or more years’ experience in installation, maintenance and calibration of metering equipment and instrumentation throughout the Company’s steam, hot water, chilled water, river water and customers’ premises systems.

• Working knowledge of power plant operations related to natural gas, fuel oil, steam, chilled water and electric generation

• Working knowledge of steam piping, combustion controls, metering, pumps, turbines, and associated power plant equipment

• Skilled in the use of power tools, hand tools and test equipment
